Receiving & Paying Invoices
As a Payor, you’ll receive an email notification when a new invoice is submitted. Follow these steps to review and complete payment:
Open the invoice in Gnosis Business to view all details.
Click Pay — the transfer page auto-fills with recipient, amount, and receiving wallet information.
Confirm and complete the payment using your connected crypto wallet (EOA wallet or Safe wallet).
Receive a payment confirmation with transaction details.
Currently, payments are supported only in crypto — from your wallet to the supplier’s wallet.
Paying with a Safe Wallet
Gnosis Business supports both single-signer and multisig Safe wallets:
Single-Signer Safe Wallet
Simply confirm and pay directly from the transfer page
The invoice payment is executed immediately
Multisig Safe Wallet
After clicking Pay, the invoice payment is queued for approval
Navigate to the Queue page via the Transfers menu
Review the pending transaction
Approve and execute the invoice payment once all required signers have confirmed
Batch Payments
To pay multiple invoices at once:
In the Transfer page
Click Add From → Invoices
Select the invoices under the same blockchain
Review and confirm the batch transfer
Batch payments help streamline your workflow and reduce manual steps when handling multiple invoices.
