You can share invoices in two ways:

• Password Protected →

  • Set your own password - Enter a custom password that the biller must use to open the invoice

  • Generate auto password - Let the system create a secure password automatically.

• Public Link → Easier to share, no password required.

💡You can switch between private and public anytime.

You can send links directly via email from Gnosis Business.

💡When sharing via email, multiple recipients can be added by separating addresses with a comma or pressing Enter
